Recently we was invited to give a talk in VKids Trend's head office in Puchong, Selangor.  We shared our journey on how Sean Looi went from civil engineer to entrepreneur, but it wasn't a smooth journey. There were multiple attempts at success through different careers such as e-commerce, property, insurance, web design, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, dropshipping, music performer and grabcar driving.  We were in the survival mode where we weren't earning enough to pay the bills and put food on the table. And because of that we were always arguing with each other in front of our children  One day we got a call from Krystle's cousin (Katrina) and she asked us this life changing question "Do you believe in education?" We said "yes" and what happened next was exactly what we wanted. so how did we get out of the survival mode? Do check out the full story in the video above and we hope that this inspires you. Leave the Past Behind: How to Create a New Future for Yourself

Image
"You can't change your past, but you can create a new future." Today we would like to discuss a motivational quote that we believe can help you move forward in life.  This quote reminds us that while we may not be able to change what has happened in our past, we always have the power to create a new future for ourselves. Dwelling on the past can be a hindrance to growth and progress, but looking towards the future with hope and optimism can help us achieve our goals and aspirations. It's important to acknowledge that everyone has a past, and it's normal to have regrets or to have experienced hardships that may have impacted us negatively. However, we can choose to learn from those experiences and use them to grow and develop as individuals. Creating a new future requires effort, dedication, and a willingness to take risks. It may involve stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things, or it could mean setting new goals and working towards achieving them.

The long battery life is a bonus as well.  2nd choice - Used M1 Macbook Air If the latest Macbook is out of your budget then just go for a used M1 Macbook Air (do NOT go for the intel chips, go for the Apple chips).  It's small, lightweight and sometimes I miss the slim design over the 16" Macbook Pro I'm using right now which is very heavy.  That's a short summary of my thoughts, of course I go deeper into the thought process on this decision and I hope you find this information use
